Yebhi — Refund not received | |||
I had ordered for a Lee Cooper shoes worth Rs.2799 from Yebhi.com. However, on receiving the delivery, I didn't like the shoes and I returned the cart. The refund amount of Rs. 2799 was credited into my Yebhi account. I wanted to transfer this amount of Rs.2799 into my Bank Account. Owing to some voucher that I had redeemed while buying the shoes I could not transfer the entire amount of Rs. 2799 from my Yebhi account to my bank account. Only Rs.1799 out of Rs.2799 could be transferred and the remaining amount of Rs.1000 was to stay in my Yebhi account itself. They transferred the amount of Rs.1799 in my bank account, but unfortunately the amount transferred didn't reflect in my bank account. So I contacted the Yebhi Executive and informed him about the transferred amount not reflecting in my bank account. The Yebhi group then provided me with a transaction ID number. On providing my bank with the transaction ID number, they investigated and then informed me that the Yebhi group had wrongly transferred the amount in some female named Mrs. Manpreet Kaur's Bank Account and so the amount wasn't reflecting in my Bank Account. I then informed the Yebhi group about the accidental transfer and also provided them with the evidence of the same which was provided by my bank. The Yebhi executive told me that they would investigate into the matter and return me the money but somehow they have failed to do so and I haven't received my money as yet.
