Yebhi.com — Refund turned ycoins which suddenly turned zero

I had bought a top from Yebhi, which I returned. The order number was YBH5651178, amount paid 1762.5/- After I returned this product, it did not reflect in my bank or yebhi account. Later i got some ycoins. And again after few days the coins were zero. And now it does not allow me to login. And there is no reply from the support team from many months. If I do forgot password, it says the ID is not registered with us.
