Dear sir,

I have ordered online shorts and paid money through online 22Apr2017 and I received mail that I will get my order in 28Apr2017. When I inquired through customer care they are not picking up my phone call. Now I checked today for order status it was mentioned that order rejected and did not get any message regarding my money refund. Please do the needful. order id is: 33566545

I had done shopping from Online yep me app by using coupon code received from my bank for Rs. 4000.However my Order is not delivered from last 20 days and tracking order status is showing "in progress" in track order option. I also tried to cancel my order but yep me app does not allow me to cancel and coupon code also shows invalid for new order.
