yes bank savings account was closed abruptly without any prior & clear intimation. When approached their customer care they informed me the account was closed due to few cheque bounces & they couldn't do anything further so they routed me to the branch and when I approached the branch people over there claim they did communicate with me but had no proof to prove.
The only communication I received was on Jun 24th 2021 (screenshot attached) & the email
only mentions that they noticed few cheque bounces & informed me to ensure there will be no more such instances occurring. Also, that they will monitor my account. The email no where mentions that the account would get closed for the above mentioned reason.
Further, there were no such instances on my account & the bounce was purely unintentional it was due to the job loss during the pandemic.
After I got a new job in the month of June my salary started getting credited in it & there were healthy transactions in my account. However, all of sudden I receive an SMS for account closure with charges and the account stands closed.
I have the following questions to

1. Provide me the copy communication letter/email/SMS sent by
Yes bank with respect to my account closure due to this activity
2. Provide me the agreement copy signed by me (as quoted by your bank employees I met at the branch on 17/09/2021) that says cheque bounces will lead to account closure
3. Why was there account closure charges on my account without my notice. I need the charges to be reversed
As solution here's what I am looking at:
If its the mistake from Bank's end that my account was closed abruptly without prior intimation or notice (with clear communication that says my account would get closed due to cheque bounces)
I need it to be reactivated with same account number asap.
