I am a customer with Yes Bank Green Park Branch Green Park, New Delhi
My saving account number is [protected] in the name of Jinesh KUMAR Jain.
On 1st July I submitted an application with the bank to remit 20000/- US Dollar to my daughter Neha Jain at 10AM in the morning. It was her marriage anniversary gift.It had a sentimental value for me and for her also.
Today is 2nd July, the bank has still not remitted the Dollars. In the meanwhile dollar has appreciated a lot. Who is going to bear this loss ? Moreover my daughter could not receive her anniversary gift on time because of negligence on behalf of bank.
ON 21st of May I remitted 51000/- Us DOLLAR. BANK took the whole complete one day in remitting the funds and in the meanwhile dollar appreciated a lot and I had to bear the loss.The whole day they manipulate with the exchange rates and charge the customer highest rate.
Same thing happened on 3rd May
They never give the detail of exchange rate and commission charged by them.
You are requested to investigate the matter.
