I have a personal loan account with Yes bank with Customer ID 18386629, wherein all the EMIs due are paid within time. However Yes bank is charging delayed payment charges even though there is no outstanding amount due. I have raised multiple requests to Yes bank customer care through Mails and Calls from past 15 days but there has been no proper reply and the charges continue to be posted in my account.
Further, I visited the main branch of Yes bank on 20-Aug-2022 and gave a written complaint but the branch incharge didn't even give an acknowledgement for the complaint submitted.
I have also mailed and messaged my so called relationship manager Mr.Siddharth Saaho, absolutely no response.
