Yes Bank — yes bank credit card _ harassment &false communication | |||
I have taken a credit card from yes bank in the month of Dec and in Jan I was informed from the bank (EMI department) that a benefit to pay the credit card dues is to be done in 50 days for the first transaction and so nothibg us to be paid before Feb. I since had received the call from bank believed them and did not pay before Feb. But to my surprise I did charge a lot of extra charges as interest and late charges which bank had levied . I did reach out to them a lot many times explaining the entire issue and to get the extra charges waived off which after waiting a lot they did but soon again they did the same thing in next bill where I again reached out to them that these are the extra charges that I did not expense so wht should i pay and to my surprise there is No solution that has been given..i gave again a due date approaching and m scared that again bank will charge me something that I have to just bear without any reason..there is just harassment that I am facing from yes bank credit card division. I would like you to please understand the situation and try to resolve the fraud as I did not get any mails reVert from bank after reaching g out to them multiple times .
