Yes Bpo services — Request to stop loan process of IAS course we took in BYJU'S as we applied for cancellation refund before they attempted delivery

I am Lakshmi kumari.We have took an IAS course near byjus with our registered number [protected] on date 07 April 2021.We are unexpectedly stucked in crisis as my husband was admited in hospital.Due to these pandemic times we are suffering alot financially and its all happened in sudden.We understood that we had got in to severe conditions and we cant afford to pay the EMI's even.Keeping all these in mind, we applied for cancellation before they attempted their delivery to us.After applying for cancellation they sent us their delivery.As we already applied for a cancellation, we rejected to take the delivery and sent back those products with that same delivery boy.Now, We are not taking any of their services & education from them.Even after applying for cancellation and rejecting their delivery, they had debited their first month EMI.We have kept those money for our husbands treatment thinking that EMI is not going to be debited as we applied for cancellation.But these ruthless BYJUS people had debited the EMI and pushed us in to some more problems.I had attached all the mails and bill summaries to this mail.You people are saying us that byjus didnot intimated you about our cancellation and you people are bouthering us by making continous loan recovery calls.How could we pay the EMI's whwn we are not taking any services and education from them.Please give a justice to us.Take this issue in to your concern and see that our cancellation and refund must be done
