1. 22th Jan at 5.0am imps transaction money debited from yes but still after 3 day not credited in benificary ac also not credited back to yes bank account. 2. Complain done by 3-mail on 22th morning after 1 hour= no reply 3. 22th call to customer care 3 times in the day= no technical answer, reply only sorry, wait. No positive response. Not answer why happened, when come, what to do. 4.22th senior executive customer care reply : next day 23th Ur problem solve N money credited to beneficiary or Yesbank. = Not credited on 23th. 5. 23th s. Exe Reply: problem by system but wait ... sorry... Money credited in in Ur Yesbank tomorrow before 12am.next day on 24th= on 24th not credited. 6. 24th s. Ex person reply : sorry, wait. In today credited, when credited I don't know, wait, sorry... Yesbank system process problem. = On 24th whole day not credited money back. 7. In between 10- query generated in net banking login. = No reply and close query without call and feedback proper. 8. In between on Yesbank twitter 10 complain mail send .= No reply. Still my money not credited in my account also not proper answer when credited back. Very very bed Customer support. Non technical person all . 1-hour query solutions take 3 day, still not solved.
