[Resolved] Ylg India — About coupon | |
I have got my service from YLG Saloon Leela Palace Road Bangalore and I was given 2 coupons, one for Rs.2500 which was valid till March 30th which I had availed and another for Rs.2500 which was valid till April 30th. But due to lockdown I couldn’t avail the April coupon. Hence I kindly request you to provide the service of Rs.2500 as per the coupon post lockdown. I called couple of times to the ylg Center, regarding this but no response. FYI : I had faced similar issue last year, A ylg Employee named Nandini from HRBR layout branch, kalyanagar, Bangalore, requested me to avail a service for 5000 so that I’ll get a coupon of 4000. So i got few services got done that particular day, but I dint need any other services that day but Nandini requested me to take services so that I’ll be eligible for the coupon. Since I dint want any services, I made the advance payment of 3000 and they promised that they would get me the services when I need them. But after few days lockdown was imposed n I had to go to my hometown, but I kept asking Nandini if I’ll get the services for the advance payment of 3000 which I have made, along with the coupon of 4000 which was given to me. She promised I would get them. But when I was back to Bangalore I called Nandini, initially she confirmed that come on Tuesday n avail the services. But next day, when I made a call to make an appointment, she said they can’t give me the services for the coupon, but I asked atleast refund the money or to provide me the services for the money I had paid them i.e., 3000, but they ignored my calls n rejected giving lame reasons. So being a regular customer I don’t want to be cheated like this again. FYI: it’s corona so I can’t risk my life n come to parlour to avail the coupon or to get services, so you should provide the customers services that is promised. We are extremely apologetic for what you have experienced last year, we will investigate that once we restart our operations and we will take the necessary steps against it accordingly. Due to government restrictions at the moment, we are unable operate now.
