Sir,
We had send the courier by franch express on 4th october 2019 ie. Friday, fom puducherry to chennai, (Docket no: [protected] & [protected]) out of total 6 boxes customer has received only 2 boxes remaining 4 boxes still now the customer has not received. Regarding this we had complaint in local pdy office and chennai office but they are answering in irresponsible manner.
