We had taken a cable connection HD and a normal set top box. We paid for both these set top box by cash. After 5 to 6 days the HD box stopped working and we told the same to the operator. He changed the set top box. Again after 3 months the HD box stopped working. Now the Cable operator has taken the box but never came back with a new one. When we call him he either says I will come or just hangs the phone. Also tried calling his supervisor, even he does the same. It has now gone to the level that the cable operator has now stopped coming to take the monthly charges for the normal set top box and the box has stopped working. In spite of regular calling the cable operator does not receives the call.
