Your Space — Security Refund

I am writing to file a complaint against YourSpace, a company that provides rental accommodation services, regarding the refund of my security deposit. I hope to seek resolution for this matter through your esteemed Consumer Court.

Date of Security Deposit Payment: 23 jan 2023

Issue Description:
I rented the above-mentioned property from YourSpace under a lease agreement that began on 15 jan 2023. I fulfilled all the terms and conditions of the lease agreement and terminated the contract on 30 april 2023, which was well within the lease end date of 15 july 2023. As per the terms of the lease agreement, I was entitled to the full refund of my security deposit within 60 days of vacating the property.

Communication with YourSpace:

I have made several attempts to contact YourSpace regarding the refund of my security deposit but have received no response.
I have not received any communication or notification from YourSpace explaining the delay or withholding of my security deposit.
Requested Action:

I kindly request the Consumer Court to investigate this matter and ensure the immediate refund of my security deposit as per the terms of the lease agreement.
I also request the Consumer Court to impose appropriate penalties on YourSpace for their failure to adhere to the terms of the agreement and for the inconvenience caused to me.
