Subject: Urgent Issue - Refund Request Denied by YourPrint.in

I'm writing to share a concerning experience I had with YourPrint.in regarding an order I placed for customized T-shirts and caps for a breast cancer awareness campaign through my NGO. The order number is 1934464, and I paid an amount of Rs 4046 on 11th October 2023 with the expectation of receiving the items by 18th October 2023.

A couple of days after placing my order, YourPrint.in informed me that they didn't have the pink-colored T-shirts available for customization. Instead, they suggested white, but as breast cancer awareness is symbolized by pink, I declined the alternative and agreed to cancel the order for a refund. I went ahead with another vendor to complete my campaign. However, despite the verbal agreement to cancel my order and initiate a refund, there was no communication from YourPrint.in.

In response to the lack of communication, I wrote an email to YourPrint.in's customer care ([protected]@yourprint.in) on 19th October 2023, detailing the discussion I had with their representative and reiterating my request for a refund. To my surprise, I received a response from Mr. Vasu, a customer care executive, stating that the product was now available, and they intended to proceed with printing and shipping.

I promptly responded, explaining that I no longer required the product since I had already completed the printing with another vendor. I explicitly requested a refund. Unfortunately, the response from Mr. Vasu was that the refund could not be processed because the order was in the process of printing.

My situation stems from YourPrint.in's inability to provide the product as initially ordered and their subsequent reluctance to refund my payment. This has left me in a difficult position, particularly as my organization is an NGO that relies on its funds to support various social services.

I kindly request assistance in resolving this matter and securing a refund. I have documented all communication with YourPrint.in, and it is evident that this situation is due to their inability to fulfil my order promptly.

Your help in this matter is greatly appreciated, as I cannot afford to lose any funds that could otherwise be used for our charitable activities.
