Yourspace Pg (ashimara Housing Pvt Ltd) — Full Refundable Deposit denied by the property by giving vague and misleading reasons

Dear Sir,

I had vacated the YOURSPACE Ladies PG property for their rent discrepancy and women security concerns in Feb 2023. And they promised that i will get my full deposit after 15 days of exit. But now the employees of Your space are misleading and distorting justifications stating they are making deductions in deposit for using AC. Their bengaluru yourspace property did not have AC. Such are there lies and scams.
They are denying my full refundable deposit. Also during stay they were charging me more rent as compared to other tenants which i also brought to their notice repeatedly but their employees were forcing me to pay the unjustified rent and eventually return i had to leave their property. YourSpace PG (Ashimara Housing Pvt Ltd) was never concerned of women safety and any random men walked in and out of the property. This was brought to the notice of property employees time and again but no action was taken. I had to exit the property for several reasons and my safety as well and now they ( Yourspace PG) are not returning my full refundable
deposit despite i have screenshots where before moving to the property they had promised that there will be no deductions from my deposit. Also on calls their customer care employees are very rude and threatening and are not responding to mails and are giving misleading clarifications.
