My phone is dead from last 10 days the costumer care executive says door to door service is not avaliabe in my area and the service centre is not taking my battery or mobile for servicing my battery is not swelled or leaked from anywhere and they wrote is complaint that my battery is leaked they are harassing me from last 1week service cente says that we cant take ur mobile u can apply online for door to door service i sends my all details and i dnt got any reply from them when i called for enquiry they are saying that my house is out of door to door sercive reach area they are saying me to go to service cente to submit my phone but the service centre not taking my phone or battery i only describe here about batery only i have lots of more problem in my phone and the important is the warranty time of my battery is ending in two days please help me my reference ticket id is 1708558 mobile no [protected] mail id [protected]@gmail.com Was this information helpful? | |||
