YU Mobiles — About no replacement and no repair of my yu yunique mobile under warrenty | |||||
Hello sir i m sukhdev from gurdaspur, punjab. sir i bought yu yunique mobile from snapdeal on 6th oct. after using 1 month and 14 days it is dead now. service centre not providing service now they are unable to flash software in it. now i turned to yu televenture customer care.they promissed me they will provide replacement in 12 days almost 16 days gone from the waybill generated. they generated waybill on 23 nov..sir when i call to them they always said wait for some time..but not dispatching it, my complaint ticket id is 1690354 and waybill no is [protected] of delhivery.com couirer services. sir i belong to very poor fmily i m post graduate but unemployed yet so i need my device very badly..bcz i need a smart phone for my career making..please provide me replacement soon. thnx in advance sukhdev cont [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||||
