Hi team,
I am facing very serious issues from Micromax company. I have purchased Yureka phone from Amazon India website. Within a month its camera lens is covered by dust. I have already logged the call with the Yureka for this issue. It is more that a month we are following up for this issue but we are not getting any single revert from yureka other than auto generated mails and messages.
Only once I have received call on 19-May-2015 14:37([protected]) from yureka technical team stating that this incident will not be covered under warranty. But this is not my fault at all and it is the known issue with this particular model. Many of the users are complaining for this issue on the yureka forum.
