I am Ashish, purchased yu-yuphoria handset on 16 july, 2015. After 5-6 months few problems start occurring like 'W' alphabet in keyboard and phone icon of home screen(left bottom corner) started not working. Then on 15 feb, 2016, I submitted it for repair in service centre. After a week I received call to collect my handset. On 29 feb, I went to the service centre and saw that the problem was as it is . Then They again submitted it for repair on same day and called me to collect handset on 04 april, but again Isaw problem was not rectified and they again submitted it for repair on same day. Then, when about 20 days left and i did not receive any response, i wrote on yu forum and on same day i receive a call, and (after 60 days) they said me that, we can't repair your phone as it is water damaged. Then i collect my phone and went back to my home and saw, when i firstly submitted my phone, it has only 2 problems, but now it having many problems like 3-4 alphabet not working, left screen touch not working, phone not charging even phone minute physically damaged and i also saw that my phone is used by someone else in these 60 days. purchased yu-yuphoria handset on Approx 12 October, 2015. After some sim slot 2 is not working i call costumer care than i problem resolve in 15 days. After 4-5 months few problems start occurring like 'S' alphabet in keyboard and phone icon of home screen(full Screen) started not working. Then on 04 May, 2016, I went Service Center than they tell me it is physical damage and you want to service of this set so you pay some charges than I called customer care they said me that, we can't repair your phone as it is physical damaged. Then i collect my phone and went back to my home and saw, when i firstly submitted my phone, it has only 2 problems, but now it having many problems like 3-4 alphabet not working, left screen touch not working, physically damaged. But my Phone is Phyical damaged during the replacement but i don't mind i thot this is a modal of yu-yuphoria. Please help.
