[Resolved] Yu Televentures — Poor customer service of yu | |||||
I have been using yu yuphoria for about 7 months until recently it started to malfunction. The problem was regarding audio adjustment and i submitted the phone to its authorized service center on 16/feb/2016. Though i have contacted yu support innumerous times its now been over a month still i haven't received my handset. 2 weeks back a member of their technical support team picked up my phone and informed me that my device is already in transit and will reach me within 5 days but 15 days passed by so i called them again. This time another representative picked up the call and informed me that my device isn't even dispatched. Dear sir, i request you to imagine yourself in my condition. In this modern generation, we cant even even think of a moment without a smartphone but in my case i am surviving over a month without my phone.
