I have Yuphoria device which is not properly working so i requested to solve this problem to company (Reference Ticket id: 1859664) so your company will committed to give replacement that device, which way bill created on 8th January 2016 (ORDER#:GJ[protected], WAYBILL#:[protected]. Till product is not dispatched by your company. so what's a problem? is it fake to satisfy the customer? i have tired to make call to customer care regarding this issue, till they did not dispatched device although after 1 month of long period waiting by me. I really made big mistake to take this device and associated with this type of company who don't believe in after sales service. I faced problem regarding this device from last 2 months, though your company not able to solve this issue. What a Shame!!! Really i did big mistake to take this device.
