I got my replaced device and that is also defective device. I mailed them, called them many times. Now they are not replying and no action is taken against my request to replace the defective device. They are asking me to pay for it. But the device they send is defective, it's camera is not able to focus all the images are blur.
The service center is refusing to submit it because its out of warranty. But what about if the device they send is defective. Its not my fault. Please do the needful.
