Yu Televentures — Yu televentures not providing on-site service for their yu (yureka) products | |||||
I registered a complaint for my yureka phone and ask them to send the technician to my door-step but they denied and said the policy has been changed. I purchased yureka plus in august 2015 and was told and it was also written in the policies of the company, that they will provide on-site support for one year from the date of purchase. But now they just want me to submit the handset to the service center where they will be submitting it for minimum 3 weeks I want yu televentures to look into it or else i will be complaining it to the consumer court. Yu Mobile — Poor consumer service
I have damaged my phone screen physically so I lodged a request for repairing and they told me that there technical team will call me in 48 hours and its now 16 days and I didn't got any call back .Yureka Mobile — Display goes blank whenever I receive send calls

Yuplaygod — My phone is not catching any networks
I purchased my phone on 26 july 2015 from amazon when it came after 1 week this problem of network started i called to custamer care they told me the steps but that din't work So i please request u to repair it .
