Yu Yureka Mobile — Display and overheating

I am the user of bsnl service provider mob.no.[protected] .i have purchased the yu yureka mobile i am facing the problem of display continously since i have purchased the mobile. as soon as i dialled the outgoing call or receive the incoming call the screen go black and nothing can be seen on the display. even if i tried the on off or volume button, nothing happens and i am not able to see whether my call is going to right person or not. and at the time of incoming call as the mobile rings, the screen go blank and i am not able to see the name or number of the incoming caller. the hitting problem of the mobile is also increasing. ii gets overheated at the time of data use, but the heating gets worst at the time of charging as it becomes untouchable. please, solve these problems as early possible or replace the mobile.
