My phone display got blurred after using just 10-12 days. I registered the complaint with yu customer support on 31st Mar 2015 and customer care executive Mr Vikas told me to send the photo attachment of my mobile, which I had sent immediately and till date even after making so many calls to call centre I have not received any confirmation that my mobile phone will be replaced.
I was informed on 8th April by customer care executive Mr Ashutosh after taking all the details of my mobile to
replace it and they will intimate me the ticket number for swapping the mobile phone by evening but I have not received any intimation. Again on 9th April I called and spoken with Mr Deepak and he had informed that token number has not been generated so far and they will Definitely inform by evening the ticket no for swapping the mobile phone and informed me that it will take 7-10 days time to replace the phone. But again I have not received any intimation or token
number that my mobile phone will be replaced. They are taking all the details again and again and not doing any thing and simply fooling the customers. Whenever we call the customer care they tell that due to technical issues they are not able to see our details or their system is slow so provide details again and we will replace the mobile phone.
I request YU management to please do something to improve your customer support and to resolve the issues.
