Yulubike — Rental charged without service

My bike is under service and I needed to run to the hospital for treatment, I chose to employ the bike rental services of @YuluBike. I downloaded the app and was asked to pay an upfront of ₹299 + taxes as rental and an additional ₹ 199 as a security deposit. I made the payment and was directed by the app to go to a location around 100mts from my home to pick up a ride. When I tried to start the bike it was dead and not responding - I immediately went on chat with customer care and they said they ''reset'' the SW or whatever that meant and to try again - I answered that it did not help.
It was already time to have my medication and so I informed the person online that I have not moved the assigned vehicle and left it locked and that I am returning to my chores and would try later to get another vehicle. After my chores were done I went to a different location and tried picking up a different bike but the app would not unlock, I got in touch with CC yet again and I was told that as per their "POLICY, " I was supposed to push the first bike from the place where I found it abandoned to a safe "Yulu Zone" and then they would allow me to swap the bike for a different bike from wherever I found one ... I informed the CC person that this was not reasonable asking a 45-year-old to push a dead bike to a place of their choice and asking to pay an additional upfront ₹56 for a swap. All I got was a cold-shouldered canned response. Now my ₹512.95 had been taken for no service rendered, 3 hours of time and effort, and the additional cost of ₹200 to hire a different mode of transport. Even as of now ₹199 is shown as a refundable deposit held by @YuluBike which they would refund only after the rental period is over. I have stated in no uncertain terms that they must CANCEL the booking and refund my money as I have not utilized any of their services, however, I guess the company has chosen to remain quiet and conveniently asked me to write to them - which I think will be replied in "Black and white" explaining the fine print. I am at a loss to understand such underhanded and arm-twisting a behaviour from @YuluBike
