In this website, I was recharging my videocon DTH.First time I recharged for Rs 400 but transaction was failed, so I again recharged for Rs 300.But only Rs 400 was refunded in Wallet of website account.I raised a ticket in support of this website but no one responded.I have written thrice till now, but no one responded till now and my Rs 300 also did not come.I have attached screenshots of my transaction history and ticket raised.Kindly look into the matter please.
