I have purchased yu yureka (Moondust grey) from amazon website. The product is under warranty. Now i am facing the problem with battery, charger, and censor of the phone. I have contacted yureaka support people through emails and calls on 5thsep but they are not responding at all. On call they are saying that our senior executive people will call you and your product will get replace. But till yet i have not got any call from their side. I am fed up with their ridiculuos behaviour. Kindly look into this matter and do the needfull.
