On September 11th I paid 800 rupees for 1000 valorant points. The money was debited from my bank account but I didn't get the valorant points. Please make sure I get a refund on this purchase

Has your issue has been resolved as because I am also facing the same issue regarding this battlepass.

even i have the same problem, zaakpay is not replying at all and seems they are ignoring it. even i made transaction of Rs 3198 but got scammed.

Yeah same here they are even contacted us yet but our complaint has been forwarded to them they are simply ignoring it.Valorant is making scam.
