The almirah that I bought from ZANSAAR online portal in Jan 2015 was broken in normal use on the first day and got completely dismantled (door).
I complaint to Zansaar and asked for a refund or a new almirah. So they sent a carpenter to repair the door however I clearly mentioned that I want a replacement.
They never agreed and said - for now, we have repaired the door and as soon as we get an almirah - we will provide you with it.
Now, the door is broken and ZANSAAR is backing out from the whole deal of replacing the almirah.
I have bought this product in December and from day one I have got an issue in this product.
Zansaar only promises wrong stuff by saying dont worry, we will replace it. And now, they are backing off.
