I had ordered 2 mobile cases on zapvi app...this month i.e feb 3 2023...when i tried to track my order it always showed wrong contact no. While i had given the right number...the status showed delivery attempted but failed. so, when i tried to complain this to zapvi through mail, they tried told me that they'll look into it...but it's 26th Feb 2023 and it's still undelivered.
