I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with a mobile cover that I recently purchased from your store. Unfortunately, upon receiving the item, I found it to be unsatisfactory and would like to request a refund. I personally felt its no worth for money.

3.Appearance: The color or appearance of the mobile cover differs significantly from what was shown on your website. It does not match my expectations and preferences.
4.Damage or Defects: Upon inspection, I noticed quality issue its completely plastic very low quality.

I kindly request that you initiate the refund process for the purchase amount as soon as possible. I understand that returning the item may be necessary, and I am willing to follow any return instructions provided by your team.
