I have ordered a mobile phone case with soft material but I have received a hard mobile phone case which misprint and also discoloration. Even after repeated complaints through emails they did not take any stand or did not return and replace the product which I want as a soft material. The even don't give us COD and ask for online payments only. The product is not being returned or replaced by the company said by the zapvi customer services. Even after saying that the customer have rights to return or replace the product, they said to order a new product but the old product will not be returned or replaced by the company. So this was very bad and was experience having online shopping through this types of sides which should never ever be trusted anymore.
