I am writing to bring to your attention a serious issue regarding a recent purchase I made through the Zara India mobile app on 03/May/2023. The order, with the corresponding order number [Order Number], was delivered to me on 11/May/2023. Unfortunately, upon inspection, I discovered that the item is defective.

Without delay, I immediately contacted Zara India's customer support on the same day, 11/May/2023, to report the issue and request an exchange for a non-defective item. I provided all the necessary details and explained the defect in the product.

However, since my initial contact with your customer support team, I have not received any meaningful updates or progress regarding the resolution of this matter. The lack of communication and delay in addressing my concern have left me deeply disappointed and dissatisfied as a customer.

I would like to emphasize that this defective item has caused me significant inconvenience and disappointment. As a valued customer, I expect a certain level of quality and service, and I am disappointed that this expectation has not been met in this instance.

Therefore, I kindly request the following actions to be taken by Zara India:

Provide a prompt resolution to my case by arranging for the exchange of the defective item with a non-defective one.
Ensure that the replacement item undergoes thorough quality control checks to avoid a recurrence of such issues.
Improve customer support services and communication channels to better address and resolve customer complaints.
