I bought my jacket from zara phoenix mall lower parel... Bt unfortunately i bought m size instead of l size i want to exchange bt i m not able to exchange because i lost my printed recipt... Bt the jacket is yet packed and also have its tag... One month is also not completed... I m trying from last 15days to exchange... I send this jacket to zara store... I have call zara customer care they also not replied anything... I have done email too bt no response... I m getting very helpless... Plz help me to exchange Was this information helpful? |
