I hope this message finds you well. We understand your concern regarding the refund of fees and would like to address the situation with utmost attention and care.

Firstly, we wish to clarify that at Zaroori Retail, we always strive to facilitate the smooth onboarding of brands onto premium marketplaces, ensuring a seamless process for our clients. Unfortunately, in the case of TasySkin, we were not informed that an application had already been made to Nykaa, which was subsequently rejected due to quality issues. This crucial piece of information was not disclosed to us at the outset, impacting our ability to serve you effectively.

We also want to highlight that upon the approval of your brand by Purplle, our team promptly communicated this development to you, encouraging the initiation of the onboarding process. However, we understand that you chose not to proceed with Purplle, which was a decision made independently.

Our policies clearly state that fees are non-refundable in situations where the brand does not get onboarded due to reasons within the client's control or if the client decides against proceeding with an onboarding opportunity that we have successfully arranged. This policy is in place to ensure that we can continue to offer dedicated support and services to all our clients, even when facing unforeseen challenges.

Despite these circumstances, we remain committed to supporting TasySkin. We are still willing to assist with the onboarding process on Purplle, should you reconsider. We believe in fostering positive and productive relationships with our clients, even in the face of difficulties.

We kindly ask that you get in touch with our Relationship Manager to discuss this matter further. Our team is ready to explore all possible avenues to assist you and ensure a satisfactory resolution to your concerns.
