[Resolved]  ZatSe — Amount Debited Recharge Unsuccessful Refund Not Received

Address:Gurgaon, Haryana

I have recharged 3 times but transaction unsuccessful. Also amount has been debited but refund still not received since last one month. Contact number[protected] is also switch off. Please don’t make recharge from this site. Regards ANIL GARG Mob. [protected]
