Our website developer unnecessarily created the website www.eknayikiransourya.com with my personal email id and not business email id [protected]@gmail.com. Razorpay collected all documents for our business id but withheld transactions as the developer Arun has provided my personal email id to razorpay which is not activated by razorpay for obvious reasons. I repeatedly requested Arun to make necessary corrections and resolve the issue but neither he is responding nor receiving my call. Was this information helpful? |
