Zauca — website development - no response

This company promises website development at dirt cheap price and within a couple of working days. Despite paying for my website development almost a month back there is no progress. There is no way to contact them except for raising some online tickets on their website for grievance that automatically gets closed within a couple of days stating that customer has not replied (Despite replying and asking for status). Most hopeless website development firm i have seen so far. They allocate people who communicate only though whatsapp and email no direct talk communication with the person working on your project. It feels like you pay for service and then you are stuck begging them to finish your work and response to anything is very lame. Please beware! Don't fall for low prices.

I had requested my earlier website created by them to be deactivated and all web content to be moved to a new website. They made me pay additional fee for it and promised webpage to be live within 24 hours as content had to be just moved. Now they say they have accidentally deleted all my content during deactivating my earlier website and now need 2-3 days to recover (Its been almost more than a month) they have not updated me with any progress despite repeated reminders. Extremely dissapointed. Now all the money i have paid for the initial website and additional fee paid for moving content to new website has gone down the drain as they are not responding. Normally they allocate a person to contact us once work begins. No one has contacted me since the time i paid despite repeated emails. Disgusted!!
