I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding my Zebronics Thunder Pro headphones, which are currently experiencing significant technical malfunctions that hinder regular use.

​Connectivity Delays: The device takes an unusually long time to pair and connect to known devices.
​Spontaneous Disconnection: Even after a successful pairing, the headphones frequently disconnect without any user intervention.
