Here in baguiati near aswininagar kathpool in one of the shop they are selling milk packet 24 rupees but on milk packet stamped as 23 rupees mrp then i asked why you are selling it 24 rupees, so he said 1 rupees extra for cooling the milk, but in normal days the are selling 23 rupees as written on milk packet. Then i argued then he said if you don't want to take then leave no need to take.
