[Resolved]  Zefo — lg 32 inch led tv refurbished product

I bought LG 32 inch LED TV refurbished product from zefo on 5th June 17 and the order number was 80997.After 1 month suddenly the video was not coming but audio was coming so I contacted to zefo and told them about this issue so they said that the technician will come and check but when the technician came he said that there is some internal issue which would be rectified in the service center only so they took the TV with him to service center and after 2 days when they gave me my TV back it was working fine but within 4 days again the same problem occurred so I contacted again to zefo customer care and they told me the same thing the technician will come and check the TV. I would like to ask zefo if they are giving refurbished product to customer so can't they check the product properly in the service center. I am highly dissatisfied with the zefo services and I will never recommend to anyone to buy zefo product. I bought this TV on EMI and they gave me 6 months warranty but within 2 months I faced the issue twice and never know how many times I need to face issues. I asked them to give me replacement of the product but they denied and I don't know if they give me replacement then that TV is in good condition or not. I want to return this TV to zefo and want refund as soon as possible however I paid 2 EMIs to zefo but now I want my refund because I think I am not able to pay the rest EMIs due to this kind of services given by Zefo. The customer care is located in Karnataka.

I want refund of my TV as I am not satisfied with their services. The TV is defective as I faced issues twice within 2 months.

I want to raise the complaint against Zefo as no one is responding me against my LG TV. I contacted thrice to customer care but every time what they committed me they did not fulfill it.Everyone from customer care always told me to send the technician but the technician did not visit yet. My television is not working as audio is coming but video is not coming so once they came and took the television to service center and they repaired it but within 4 days again the same problem occurred. This is the second time in 2 months when my TV is not working so I think that they have given me defective product and services of customer care are pathetic. I want my refund back and I will not recommend to anyone to buy zefo product. I have already paid 2 EMIs honestly but they are not giving proper service. I want zefo to resolve my issue as soon as possible.

Am Binoj one of your customer your service is Too bad in Bangalore .I bought a cot 202839 too bad and low quality welding all I told please returns that cot and refund the amount four days before but still pending.please do very fast already too late
