Dear Sir/ Madam, This was to bring into your kind notice that on 17/11/2015 i ordered WD Element WDBUZG0010BBK External Hard Drive with Order ID: #2401 Payment Method: Paynimo and Shipping Method: Flat Shipping Rate my account was debited with Rs 3201/- but order was not confirmed and when tried to contact their customer care [protected] its coming switched off and i doubted that it is a fake site and searched about company where it showed lots of complain . So, I request you to take appropriate action in banning the particular site so that other people are not fooled in future and we may get the ordered amount .
