[Resolved]  Zestmoney — Credit limit blocked

Registered number is [protected] I'm using zestmoney for more than 3 years and so far there was no missed payment in the past expect the one which was hard during the Corona time and even that I have cleared without taking any settlement options and closed all the loans and I'm able to see an active credit limit which I'm not able to use then y are you showing the credit limit to the customer just to fake them and the customer support is very poor if the system has blocked my credit limit they should have informed me one the day 1 I called them they keep asking for screen shot screen recording and after 3 days they say the system has blocked your limit after taking 10+ loans I don't know what eligibility they are looking for and they don't even bother to inform the customer that there is an issue there staff don't know what work they are doing no proper response and very bad services they are there to just Loot money

Processing new loans and determining access to credit limits is completely decided by our risk assessment system, which cannot be overridden manually. Unfortunately, the system is not allowing you access to your credit limit at the moment as a result.

However, please be assured that the system keeps reassessing data points and unlocking credit limits periodically. As such we request you to kindly bear with us until the system reevaluates and unlocks your credit limit.

rigisterd email ID which i have got message like credit limit was activated but when i check in web site or mobile app there shown as blocked frozen. In live chat agents of zest said that if you recive massage like that it wiil be resolved with in 24 to 48 hours . It almost 7 days so i shared my screen shots of what i seen in web site (as blocked credit limit ) till now no responce from zest.im so sorry for sharing this but i felt like no proper convinence from zest
Hey just shut up don't give robotic [protected]@Zest money. U guys r completely failed to support genuine customers
Hello ZestMoney

Myself also paid my earlier loans without any settlements, Paid including additional charges also that to in corona when whole world was suffering, It is so embarassing that being zestmoney customer since 2018 my account balance is frozen ., how do you expect good business if you frustate customers like us .
