Zestmoney — Personal Loan of 29000

Hello, I was just checking out a personal loan detail from zest money and suddenly it says my loan is approved. I didn't signed any documents, even clicked any approval tabs. But now in my app they have listed 9 EMI s for the repayment of loan. Ok so I thought may b I should get the money. But it's been a week and I haven't received any money, and they are charging me interest for the amount while they haven't allowed any money. Now when I see the other complaints In here, most of them are the same. This company is conducting fraudulent activities. They think they can get away with this, I have all the proofs I need . The all chats with there customer care, Emails admitting no money was issued, and bank statement showing no credit from them . I want my loan canceled or emi s postponed to the date where I receive the sum of money or iam going to court, don't even think twice man this is snatching, stealing and I will take it to justice.
