[Resolved] Zestmoney — zest money & dmi finance mobile emi loan issue | |
Hello, I've taken a loan for a mobile purchase on emi from zest of rs. 14989/- on 11 april 2019 and i've paid all the emi's by 7th oct 2019 (6 emi's). But still it is showing active in cibil report and due to which my cibil score is getting down. It was before showing that i've taken a loan of 2lacs but recently i've complained on cibil and got it corrected. But its current status is showing active whivh should show closed and the current balance is showing rs.1/- which should also be zero. I've also emailed zest money regarding this but not got any reply regarding this. I want this issue to resolved as soon as possible.
