I got wrong item in my order received by today so i want to return the order but unable to do due to order is not showing via my account. I have received different product of what is have ordered.The product what I ordered and the product what I received are completely different, and if I call for Customer complaint the phone is switched off and when I raised it to there customer care website not receiving any response from it. I have done multiple follow ups. But nothing is happening.

I habe bought a white and blue crop top & skirt from zipker which costs 999rs+50rs but got a wrong product of low quality. I have been given a ticket id - 88354 since 7days, but still got no response. I want to return the item and want to refund the money. The customer care executive who is working in this case is meenu sharma, a highly inefficient lady i believe....
