Hi, i purchased 1 lehenga from zipker last week and the quality is really bad and also the product is different from the picture which is given on website. I have been trying to return them but no one from customer service is responding, I received ticket after mail but no action has been taken against it. I even emailed [protected]@zipker.com as it was given in their website to email them but customer service is not responding. I tried calling them but All their phone numbers given on their website and other websites are always switched off or not reachable. I need to return the products and get my refund. They can't promise a return and refund policy and not respond when i email them about returning.please do something about it.i also complaint on the same but still no response from costumer care service.
