I placed the order order no[protected] on 16th dec'18 For a kurti and got the delivery also on 18th dec'18. But the quality was too low so i raised the return request on 18th dec'18 for return and refund my money in my bank account. I mailed and called them for the same. The reverse pickup has been done and till yet i did not get my refund. Now they are not responding me neither over call nor on mail. Their customer care number: [protected] Mailid: [protected]@zipker.com I want my full refund back in my bank account with compensation equivalent to selling price of kurti for harassment and mental disturbance.
