Zipker Online Services — not returning product, and not following their policy | |||
I purchased a dress from zipker.com, it's quality was very worst so i want to returned it, i have done a return request according to their terms and conditions in the sufficient duration. but they can't reply me according to their process ... even i requested them many more time by Email and on their website but any action didn't taken by them, their costomer care can't receive call ...we try to made call 100 times in a day ... my order id =[protected] name Anjali Sharma Email id [protected]@gmail.com Was this information helpful? | |||

I had ordered salwar suit from Zipker. Quality of product was very bad. Raised return request for the product. Its been a month. I have sent many mails asking for the update on order. There is no reply from thier end. Customer care number is always either not reachable or switch off.
